What will be the nationality of my teacher?
All of our teachers are qualified and trained teachers from Morocco. Our teachers are all degree holders with online and face to face teaching exeperince.
Through our "Teacher Profile" page you can choose a male or female teacher who fits your availability.
Can I choose the teacher I want to work with?
Yes, you can choose the teacher you want to work with based on their availability and teaching style.
What is the format of the lesson?
Our lessons are one-to-one and are conducted live through video conferencing software, such as Google Meet. During the lesson, our teacher will guide you through various activities and exercises to improve your English language skills.
How long is each lesson?
Each lesson is 60 minutes long.
Is there a trial lesson available?
Yes, we offer a 30-minute FREE trial lesson for all new students.
What level of English do I need to have to participate in the lesson?
Our classes are tailored to meet the needs of learners of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners. Our teachers will assess your current level and create lessons that are appropriate for your level.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, you must inform us via email or phone call at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. If you do not inform us within this timeframe, you will be charged for the lesson.
All students are allowed 2 rescheduled sessions within a 1 month period.
What if my teacher needs to cancel a lesson?
If our teacher needs to cancel a lesson, we will try our best to provide you with a substitue teacher. If a substitute teacher is not available, you will be contacted within 24 hours to reschedule your lesson.
How do I make payment for the lessons?
Payment can be made through our payment portal using a credit card or PayPal account

What materials will I need for the lesson?
You will need a computer or mobile device, a reliable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. Our teacher will provide any necessary materials, such as worksheets or textbooks, before the lesson.
What if I have technical issues during the lesson?
If you experience technical issues during the lesson, such as internet connectivity problems, please inform the teacher as soon as possible so that they can help you troubleshoot the problem.
If the problem is attempted to be resolved and there is still technical issues, your class can be rescheduled for another time and date.
