West Education is looking for an Office Assistant to perform a range of basic office support activities such as answering phones and directing calls, greeting and directing visitors, answering questions and performing routine clerical, data entry, and/or word processing work as assigned.


  • Records maintenance skills.
  • Ability to maintain calendars and schedule appointments.
  • Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to prepare and print routine correspondence, labels, and/or other basic written material.
  • Word processing and/or data entry skills.
  • Skills in the use of operating basic office equipment.
  • Receptionist skills
  • Bac+3 in any field




  1.  Welcoming visitors and clients
  2. Answering phones 
  3. Check and send emails
  4. Keeping track of all inventory 
  5. Maintaining organization of files and documents
  6. Taking messages and delivering them
  7. Organizing office/shop equipment/items/desks, etc.
  8. Maintaining schedules of employees, teachers, trainees, etc.
  9. Other duties related to customer service and administrative help.
